Update a user’s password
positional arguments:

name of the user to change a password for (required) |
optional arguments:
−p PASSWORD, −−password PASSWORD
the new password. If unspecified, the new password will be read from the console.
−−as−account ACCOUNT
[Eucalyptus cloud admin only] run this command as the administrator of another account
−U URL, −−url URL
identity service endpoint URL
−−region USER@REGION
region and/or user names to search when looking up config file data
