qRFCView has no options.

Configuration file

By default, qRFCView uses the current directory from where it is called for caching the RFCs it downloads. You can change this setting with the menu Edit -> Set Directories. The default directory shall be writable. You can add other directories (even read-only) in the same way. qRFCView will look first for RFCs in these directories when you ask for a new download.
